For participants who require a high level of care, we can Community Nursing Care directly in their home. Our team is friendly and professional, and always puts the participant’s comfort first. Our nursing team can help with post-hospital care, medication management, continence management. We are also able to provide palliative care and respite services. All of our nurses are certified to provide NDIS care, and we strive to give participants as much choice over their home nursing arrangements as possible–after all, it’s their home.
